Thank you for participating in the May 2025 Light Language Conference as an Exhibitor. We love our exhibitors and are proud of all the diversity and innovation in the exhibit halls and we are h especially happy to see our regular exhibitors again! Thank you. 

To make sure we continue to attract a good attendance, we have kept the General Admission prices very low, are introducing new and exciting programs, have increased the already wide-scale distribution of the Program Guide, and anticipate significant internet marketing and radio interviews. With supportive emailing and eblasts from our speaker and exhibitor partners, we expect a large and robust attendance. How you can help?

Exhibitor Move In

Friday, May 23, 2025 – Noon - 6:00pm

Saturday, May 24, 2025 - 7:00am – 10:00am

Exhibit Hall Hours

Saturday 11 am – 8pm

Sunday 11am – 8pm

Move Out

The Show ends at 8:00 pm Sunday, May 25, 2025.

Move Out must be completed that night by 10pm 

Your Standard Booth package includes:

  • 8’ high lavender back wall drape and 3' high side wall drape (not for tables in the pacific)  ???????????????????????

  • 6’ draped Table (white cover) ???????????????????????

  • 2 chairs + wastebasket

  • Electricity  ????????????????????

  • Full Internet Access

  • 2 Exhibitor Badges (additional exhibitor badges available for $30 each - see below)

Badges

At Exhibitor Check In you will receive 2 Exhibitor Badges for each booth. You can keep your badge with you for the duration of the Expo or turn it in at Exhibitor Check-In if you want to leave them for another Booth worker to pick up. If someone comes to Exhibit Registration saying they are with Booth so and so, and there are no badges available, they will not be allowed in without paying the General Admission Fee for that day. Alternately you can purchase additional Exhibitor Badges for $30.00 each. 

Freight, Shipping, and Unloading Your Booth

You can move your own freight through the loading dock on the East side of the Hilton, or through the doors on the north and west. Please park and unload, then move your car immediatelyTHIS MAKES A DIFFERENCE FOR EVERYONE.

 Or you can ship your freight directly to the Hotel for delivery to your Booth. You MUST fill out and send the PDF form below directly to the Hotel.

Parking

We have negotiated a $18 per day flat rate with the Hilton. (No in/out privileges). Pick up your discounted Parking coupon at the Expo Registration tables in the Lobby.

If you are staying at the Hilton, you will find your parking cost on your Hilton bill. Make sure you get the EXIT ticket from the Hotel Registration.before departure. 

If you have an oversized vehicle, rooftop parking is available at the Parking Spot adjacent to the Hilton on West Century Blvd.

The Expo does not pay for Exhibitor parking.  DO NOT park in the loading docks or side and back alleys except briefly during loading and unloading.

 Airport Shuttle

A free Hilton shuttle bus brings guests to the Hotel from LAX every 20 minutes.

Business Permit ???????????????????????

 A Business Permit is not required for businesses that operate for less than 7 days in Los Angeles County.

Security

There is 24-hour security in the hotel/conference center. All Exhibit Doors are locked one hour after close until one hour before opening. However, the Plaza and Mezzanine exhibit areas do not have overnight security.
