Thank you for expressing your interest in joining the Light Language Conference family. We are a community of like-minded individuals, united by our passion for the metaphysical, healing arts, and exploration of both the seen and unseen realms. Our collective knowledge and experiences contribute to the sharing of unspoken truths with those open and ready to receive.
The success of our conferences relies on the collaborative action of our community. As a team, we can amplify the energy and awareness of our event by sharing marketing links on your platforms. Together, let's each invite others to join us for a weekend of discovery.
If you offer a product/products that would benefit those that are focused on conscious expansion, health, happiness, and joy please complete a vendor application. Our conference is three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). You will be required to commit to all three days.
To make sure we continue to attract a good attendance, we have kept the General Admission prices very low, are introducing new and exciting programs, have increased the already wide-scale distribution of the Program Guide, and anticipate significant internet marketing and radio interviews. With supportive emailing and eblasts from our speaker and exhibitor partners, we expect a large and robust attendance. How you can help?

Exhibitor Move In

Exhibit Hall Hours
Friday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 8:30 pm
Sunday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
Move Out
The Show ends at 4:00 pm Sunday, June 1, 2025.
Move out must be completed by 6:00 pm
Your Standard Booth package includes:
Two 8 ft x 18" Schoolie table (long & narrow)
2 chairs

Security
The facility will be locked overnight with no access to keep your valuables safe.
